NOTICE OF PROCESSING AN APPLICATION FOR A DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMIT
Location: 19328 Park Road, Pitt Meadows.
Purpose: To vary Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw No. 2206, to allow a hammer head turnaround instead of a cul-de-sac, as the western end of Cusick Crescent Road as shown shaded on the conceptual map which is located here for further information.

NEW OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN
The City of Pitt Meadows' City Council adopted the new Official Community Plan on September 2nd, 2008. The Official Community Plan (OCP) is a long range (20 year) guide for the City that helps Council in making decisions on matters such as land use and growth, transportation, agricultural preservation, economic development and housing.
