CONSULTATION ON RESIDENTIAL REGULATIONS IN AGRICULTURAL ZONES

A preliminary report was forwarded to Council in Committee (the "CIC") on February 24, 2009. In this report, staff reported on the results of the questionnaires returned following the Public Open House held on December 10, 2008 and indicated a further report will be forwarded to Council at a future date.

A Public Open House was held on December 10, 2008 to obtain your input about regulations on the size and location of residential buildings in the Agricultural (AG) Zone including clustering such uses on a portion of a farm parcel. (Changes are not being proposed to the regulations for properties less than 0.8 ha (2 acres) therefore they are not subject to this review.)
