All City Council meetings occur at Pitt Meadows City Hall, which is located at 12007 Harris Road.

Regular and Special Council Meetings:

City Council meets in this formal capacity on the first and third Tuesday of the month. Regular Council Meetings are broadcast here on our website and on Shaw TV (Cable Channel 4) on the evening of the meeting at 10:00 p.m. and rebroadcast on Saturday at 9:00 a.m.

Council in Committee (CIC) Meetings:

In between the Regular Council Meetings, Council meets in Committee (second and fourth Tuesday of the month) to consider most of the issues that will be forwarded to the upcoming Regular Council meeting with a recommendation from the Committee on how to proceed with the issue. This allows Council greater opportunity to discuss the issues and to meet in a more informal manner than a Council Meeting.

Council Meeting Agendas:

Agendas and attachments for the current Council meeting will be available the Friday afternoon preceding the meeting on this site. Agenda packages will be retained on this site for the current year in their complete form:

Minutes:

Only the resolutions (decisions) of City Council at a Regular or a Special Council Meeting are considered final, and even then, only after the minutes of the noted meeting have been adopted by Council (normally at the next Regular Council Meeting).

Council Minutes will be available on this site, two weeks following the meeting, subject to adoption by City Council. Retention of these minutes will be two (2) years.
