Delegation Request

A person wishing to appear as a delegation to Council shall register a request in writing with the Municipal Clerk, or Executive Assistant, no later than 12:00 noon on the Monday the week preceding the meeting. Supporting documents, letters or other material for distribution to Council must also be submitted by this date and time if they are to be included in the Council Agenda package.

Speakers shall be limited to the subject matter specified in the written request, and to a total time limit of ten minutes, unless extended by Council.

Your delegation time and date will be confirmed by the Thursday of the week preceding the meeting.
