NOTICE OF INTENTION TO AMEND PITT MEADOWS OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN BYLAW
A Public Hearing was held in the Council Chamber of the Pitt Meadows City Hall, 12007 Harris Road, Pitt Meadows, BC on Tuesday June 6, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following amendment to Official Community Plan No. 2352, 2007:
City of Pitt Meadows Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2758, 2017
Part 6, Development Permit Areas, Section 4 is amended by deleting the existing Development Permit Area No. 4 in its entirety and replacing with a new Section 4. The purpose of this amendment is to update policy language and design guidelines for business park development. The lands designated for business park development and subject to the amended guidelines being considered are shown shaded on the map below:
The bylaw and associated reports may be viewed at the City Hall between May 26, 2017 and June 6, 2017 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Please direct inquiries to the Development Services Department at 604-465-2428.
