Facility Orientations

New to the facility?  Please see one of our facility representatives at the Admissions Counter to assist you.  Our qualified staff members will be able to provide a facility orientation and explanation of services for the fitness centre, drop-in sports, and fitness classes. 

Youth Access Pass - Fitness Centre

Youth between 13 – 15 years of age are eligible to use the Fitness Centre with a completed Youth Access Pass.  A parent or guardian signature is required on the application form.  Youth Access orientations are on Fridays from 6 – 7pm.  Please reserve your spot with staff at the Admissions Counter.  For more information, or to book a group orientation, please contact Kevin

Personal Training and Wellness  

Not sure where to start in your fitness journey?  Keri Cawthorne from Iron Mountain Movement, in partnership with the City of Pitt Meadows, provides quality personal training and wellness programs.  Keri caters to people of all fitness levels and ages.  From "new to fitness" or those wanting to set goals and improve their lifestyle, Keri can customize programs to suit your needs.

Prevent injury, alleviate pain and build strength with Personal Training. Whether you’re looking for one-on-one training, small group fitness, or want to work with a Functional Trainer to build a plan we have an option for you.

External Trainers 

All external, independent trainers, ( Personal Trainers, Therapists, Kinesiologist’s, etc ) who want to work with clients in the Pitt Meadows Fitness Centre must complete the External Trainer Application:
