About Chris

Chris has a variety of certifications and interests in the health and wellness field. He melds together a background of 30+ years of martial arts, holistic nutrition, with an interest in training all ages and abilities with a specialty as a transformation specialist. Some of his certifications include:

1-on-1 Personal Training

Not sure how to start, but want some direction with your fitness goals? Meet with our trainer to review your history and explain your goals and we will help you develop a plan. Please come prepared to work out: bring clean running shoes, fitness clothes, a towel and a water bottle. All sessions are to be reserved and paid in advance and our trainer will call you to confirm your schedule.

Fitness Orientation with a Basic Work-Out Plan
Looking for how to start and/or organize your fitness goals? This 90 minute Fitness Orientation includes a review of your knowledge to our fitness centre, the machines and cardio equipment. Our BCRPA registered Personal Trainer will assess you and provide you will with a basic workout plan to get you started. Please wear fitness shoes and clothing and be prepared to work-out.
Dates and Time:
• To be scheduled with Customer and Trainer.
• Trainer will call customer once the session is registered and paid for.

50Y+ Fitness Circuit
Wednesday 1:30-2:30pm
Basic cardio & strength workout using dumbbells, bands, bosu balls and more.
Meet in the Fitness Centre. FREE with admission

Kickboxing Circuit
Wednesday 7-8pm
Meet in the Multi-Purpose Room. FREE with admission

Basic Information About Our Fitness Centre

Facility Orientations

New to the facility?  Please see one of our facility representatives at the Admissions Counter to assist you.  Our qualified staff members will be able to provide a facility orientation and explanation of services for the fitness centre, drop-in sports, and fitness classes. 

Youth Access Pass - Fitness Centre

Youth between 13 – 15 years of age are eligible to use the Fitness Centre with a completed Youth Access Pass.  A parent or guardian signature is required on the application form.  Youth Access orientations are on Fridays from 6 – 7pm.  Please reserve your spot with staff at the Admissions Counter.  For more information, or to book a group orientation, please contact Kevin

External Trainers 

All external, independent trainers, ( Personal Trainers, Therapists, Kinesiologist’s, etc ) who want to work with clients in the Pitt Meadows Fitness Centre must complete the External Trainer Application:
